First thing - you are stunning Mashallah! 😍 Absolutely love the idea of a dhikr walk! I've also been practicing incorporating dhikr in my day-to-day life - while I'm driving, while I'm cooking etc. Your last point about praying for more Ramadans is so important and significant. Thank you for sharing!

Omg I love the what’s in my bag thing soo much. I just wrote about the importance of a water bottle today 😂 I also love and do the dhikr walks. I feel like tasbih counters are having a Moment atm . Have an amazing Ramadan sis!

I absolutely loved this! The part about rigidity and unattainable goals really resonated with me. Unlike most Ramadans where I can’t figure out how to fit in movement/exercise, this month I’ve told myself I don’t need to work out as if I’ll have a six-pack in 30 days, but also that regular movement is extremely important, so I do 20-30 minutes of gentle stretching whenever I can make time for it. So far that’s been an hour after iftar or during a break in the middle of the day.
